For skiers, there was no info upon arrival regarding getting to the slopes. They should have offered a free shuttle or at least provided better guidance.

my stay for valentine's day was memorable. the collection room had stunning views of the dolomites, and the breakfast surpassed my expectations with freshly baked pastries and amazing coffee. the staff went above and beyond, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home.

We loved the sports/cigar bar and the spa with excellent amenities. Fantastic views from our Collection Superior Room, and the ski room was a lifesaver. The concierge service was really helpful, arranging all we needed for our skiing adventure.
